It's an Owl Lady from the short The Vertical Escape.

Raymonde looks to be in her 30's or 40's, she anxious between her religiosity and her desires, i think the main mottif is she acts like a chicken (limits) but she's an Owl (free), she limiting herself because of fear of judgement of other's.

She has a weird job, she buy's packs of panties and rubs some cheese on then to simulate a female discharge and then she sells the "used" panties for perverts (kinda kinky).
