Neo V1

This version is a new approach with a new merge from scratch (that's why I choose the name "Neo").
It has now a cute "soft touch" style with pastel like colors.

The preview samples were created with 1536px based resolutions and Kohya's Highres fix enabled.

NoobAI EPS V1.0

This version is a NoobAI only merge and based on NoobAI EPS.

This version was made new from scratch, but now based on ILXL 1.0 instead of 2.0 as I was not quite satisfied with the previous merge.

It now follows the prompt better and also produces more vibrant colors. And it looks a bit cuter now.
