Sometimes inspiration finds you when browsing the £1 DVD shelves dept.: Astrea was one of the three lead characters in Filmation's short lived 1977 animated series The Space Sentinels (Originally The Young Sentinels, and renamed halfway through in a desperate attempt to bring in the kids who loved Star Wars). A superheroine with the ability to shape-shift into any animal, she fought evil alongside two guys named Hercules and Mercury.
