Eva Marie Saint, born on July 4, 1924, in Newark, New Jersey, is a celebrated American actress whose career spans nearly 80 years. She is best known for her Academy Award-winning performance in On the Waterfront (1954) alongside Marlon Brando. Saint also starred in Alfred Hitchcock's classic North by Northwest (1959) with Cary Grant.
