TeHe, pecs!!!

Hi, this is a LoRa that gives control over pecs, and hopefully it works well.

This is my first time making something like this. Do be careful, I wouldn't call myself super good at making LoRa concepts, so this LoRa may be unoptimized. Please consider using it at restaint weights. I personally go around 0.5-3.0.

Beyond 3.0 in strength might give unstable results, though it does give some wide results. (I might amend that later just to avoid the headache)
