Another tokusatsu female villains LoRA, this time it is Duchess Org Tsuetsue from Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger.

Prompting:
Activate with 'tsuetsuexl' then add 'costume' and 'helmet' for best result, although the Lora is actually flexible enough if you want to get creative look.
