The model has been trained on a dataset where she often holds something in her hands (pencil, paintbrush, Pokéball, etc). If you want bare hands, just put "holding" in the negative prompt.
Recommended settings
Same as your favorite model. LoRA strength should be between 0.7 - 1.0. 0.8 is a good sweet spot.
