Roxanne Rover is one of the side characters from the Disney movie A Goofy Movie. There are some loras of her for both Illustrious and Pony out there already, but I wanted to make one of my own. I used about 40 image screencaps from the movie in 1080p with no fan art included. There isn't much image training with her dress outfit in the beginning of the movie, so that might not come out correct, but the default outfit should be good. It may produce an extra mole on her face from time to time, but everything else in terms of appearance works great.
