Vayniya Navalnim, the tragic villainess from my finished fanfic "Her Best Work in Red". I'll give you a write up on her further below, but if you think you have the sand for it you can read it here: https://archiveofourown.org/works/64427326

Vayniya shows up every chapter but Ch3 is from her POV exclusively. A word of warning, besides it being adult, its in a very different Ye Olde Format but I swear it grows on you once you see where I go with it. Also, nice thing about the fic, you don't really need to know any of my characters at all, but lots of easter eggs for Skyrim nerds.

ANYWAYS, this lora. Vayniya Navalnim's physical appearance is as follows:

A 25 year old Dunmer, long white hair, dark skin, serious features, bags under eyes. Natural Large magenta colored pupils with magenta sclera, dark lips, lithe build, black armor is designed for easy movement with no sleeves and practical chest plate and pauldrons. (You may include bare strip of navel, or neg this out if you want to be practical, but I think the lora will handle this and you'll save yellow buzz if you don't mention navel in your prompts). She wields an imitation Avakiri sword that resembles a katana, although curved sword works just as well, and sometimes wears purple hand wraps.

I trained these with a few pics of Erik the Slayer (who's in the fic), these sort of attempts tend to be hit and miss, but if you want to try, specify Erik specifically, long red hair, beard, nord/white/caucasian, light blue eyes. Karin is also in there, I'm going to doubt she'll work, but maybe, specify Karin, light blue eyes, long black hair, sly features, nord/white/female.

So's, again, I need to learn my own loras because I do everything on site, but here's what I would watch out for for Vayniya: Glowing eyes (unless you like that), red eyes (unless you want that), running mascara and eye hollows and freckles and glitter because this is how AI often interprets bags and shadow under eyes. For her skin color, you should probably use colored skin or dark skin without getting super specific, I put alot of work into getting her skin tone right. Her skin is kind of a mix of purple, grey and brown that ought to show up on these examples, and if you specify one over the other you're more likely to get a different looking Vayniya (but again, that only matters if you're a stickler like me).

AI likes to give her double weapons, so again (if you care), maybe put dual wielding in.

So's, I have two more orcs, a cross dressing elf (who's actually real important to THIS story), and a Breton who becomes a hagraven at least before I'm done with Skyrim OCs, but I had to take a break and wanted to do a Her Best Work lora. If this gets a good response, I'll do more Her Best Work, the fic was great for AI art while sora was around, so I have 40 yo Karin, and some pretty good Erik and Reldith if you're into canon NPCs. I tried on this lora to stay really consistent, its 44 samples, I think these come out better with less, so we'll see, the initial sample pics from the trainer came out better than average so thats a good sign.

So's, ya lazy, not in the mood for some twisted pseudo-Shakespeare? Here's a writeup instead, skip if you just can't stand spoilers:

Vayniya Navalnim is a Dunmer (Dark Elf) sellsword, assassin, and unwilling servant of Vaermina, the Daedric Prince of Nightmares. She serves as the primary antagonist appearing in Chapter 3 as a calculating newcomer to the remote hamlet of Rorikstead and in Chapter 4 as the architect of a ruthless kidnapping plot.

    Appearance and Demeanor

Vayniya is striking even by Dunmer standards: violet-eyed, fluidly graceful, and possessed of a sabre-cat’s poise. She carries herself with the quiet confidence of someone who has survived far worse than any backwater tavern brawl. Her preferred weapon is a rare, curved Akaviri-style blade chosen for elegance and lethality rather than brute force. She favors travel-worn attire and moves through Rorikstead’s humble market and Frostfruit Inn with the easy charm of a worldly traveler, though her smiles rarely reach her eyes.

    Personality

Vayniya is patient, articulate, and dangerously perceptive. She is a student of souls who reads people the way others read maps, probing weaknesses, mining confidences, and adjusting her schemes on the fly. Beneath the velvet tone and feigned warmth lies a core of cold, professional resolve. She is not needlessly cruel; she expresses genuine liking for Kahira and Erik and even claims to have prayed to Vaermina on the girl’s behalf so that the child need only witness her mother’s suffering rather than endure it herself. Yet this “mercy” is purely pragmatic: Vayniya will maim or kill without hesitation if her objective demands it. She is haunted by chronic insomnia and carries the weary fatalism of someone who has long since accepted that her own life is forfeit to a Daedric master.

    Background and Motivations

She was once “a gentle thing” at Kahira’s age, but years of service to Vaermina have hardened her into a weapon. She openly states she would raze all of Rorikstead if it meant freedom from her mistress. Whatever grudge she bears Karin Frost-Fang is intensely personal and Vaermina has chosen Vayniya to exact the nightmare the Prince demands. Seduction, deception, information-gathering, and finally the abduction of Kahira are all calculated steps in a single, merciless plan: lure Karin into the open, force her to confront her sins, and make her suffer unto her last breath.

    Role in the Story

In Chapter 3, Vayniya is the charming predator circling the Snow-Fell family. She banters with Mralki to learn about Erik, buys Kahira’s art under false pretenses, and quietly scouts the family’s isolated cottage for tactical weaknesses. By Chapter 4 she has struck: drugging Erik into a days-long magical slumber, kidnapping Kahira, and retreating to a hidden cavern “nook” where she holds the girl as bait. There she reveals herself fully, courteous jailer one moment, chilling enforcer of Vaermina’s will the next, while waiting for Karin to walk into the trap. She is elegant, weary, and ruthlessly competent: the kind of antagonist who could almost be sympathetic if she weren’t so thoroughly committed to delivering her target’s worst nightmare.
