This was a bounty to create this character, I really like her design so I wanted to participate. Use the LoRA at around 0.7-1 strength. The star tattoo can have some issues but it can be removed by not prompting for it.

Compatibility:

It works with most outfits in your normal models, and for outfit LoRA's you may need to play with the weights to get what you want. Please feel free to push the limits on it though. Post anything interesting you create.
