use weight 1 is recommended

for upscaler (hires fix) I recommended use Latent with 0.6 denoising strength if you want to get more detail result, but if you like more flat without much detail use R-ESRGAN 4x+ Anime6B with 0.3 denoising strength

the result is pretty good if you combine it with: limited palette, monochrome, greyscale, spot color (you can use it all or just use "monochrome" only.. just try it until you satisfied with the result)
