Integra Sedna Clarice Flagman is the court mage of the Kingdom of Altar and the 10th Flagman.Despite being in her 20s, Integra has the appearance of a child, being even shorter than Nemesis. She typically wears clothing with a witch motif, such as a witch's hat and a monocle.Integra generally behaves in a carefree manner, following whatever whims suit her. However, as the 10th Flagman, she is actually very methodical, ruthless and cunning, being willing to do anything to achieve her goal.As a child, Integra lost her parents and was taken in by the 9th Flagman, who was serving as the court mage of the Kingdom of Altar. She was found to possess a high level of magical talent, and ended up becoming his disciple. She grew up alongside Altimia A. Altar and Liliana Grandria, becoming childhood friends with them.
