    Garbage Pail Kids is a series of sticker (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sticker) trading cards (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trading_card) produced by the Topps Company (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Topps), originally released in 1985 and designed to parody (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parody) the Cabbage Patch Kids (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cabbage_Patch_Kids) dolls, which were popular at the time.

    Each sticker card features a Garbage Pail Kid character having some comical abnormality, deformity, and/or suffering a terrible painful fate/death with a humorous word play (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Word_play) character name such as Adam Bomb or Blasted Billy.

    The card features a grotesque kid character named Robo-Slob, a parody of a cyborg police officer.
