Mako Mankanshoku (満艦飾 マコ)

She is the best friend of Ryūko Matoi and tritagonist of Kill la Kill (キルラキル). She is a goofy, aggressive, energetic girl who attends Honnōji Academy.

This is specifically based on her "chibi" look from the endings of the anime.
