To trigger the model you must use: "cynthia (pokemon), blonde hair, hair over one eye, hair ornament"
Should work well for NSFW and SFW. Make sure to use Danbooru style tags. "Garchomp" will sometimes work, it depends on the seed. So test around if you want to generate her with her signature Pokemon. I may release a LoRa for Garchomp in the future.
If you are getting multiview images and you don't want that, put "multiple views" in the negative prompt with 1.1 - 2.0 strength, as about 5% of the images used are multiview as of version 1.1

I refined some of the tagging. Im working on the final iteration right now. There is a limited amount of quality training data for this character, so I'm making a definitive v2.
To give you an idea of the changes, the images are the exact same as v1, just using the new model.
