For different colored masks you need to either lower the LoRA strength a bit, and/or add and strengthen (x color mask) -- (green mask:1.2) for example. All the training data were of black masks.

You can also try realistic, photoreal or use a more realistic Pony based checkpoint for a photoreal look.
