"Woman shocked by cock" description works best for this lora. I've tested it on a few models but the default "z_image_turbo_bf16" still works the best. I've even tested it on the "de-turbo", but this still reigns supreme. You don't have to use "cock" by the way, as some models will start converting the man into a rooster. Substitute "cock" with "penis", or anything else you'd like, or leave it out completely to just get a shocked woman. Seems to work fine with other loras, just turn your cfg down to 1 when using multiple loras. Enjoy!
