The base prompt doesn't mean it's "mandatory", it's just my base setup according to the lighting I like. You can change it to your liking. You can also create other things, animals, scenes, landscapes, android, etc. not just women.

The blue part of the NG prompt is essential. If you don't know what to do, don't alter it. Only add what you want to avoid without altering the rest, or going overboard with making a list of words.
