I found 0.8 - 1 to work the best. I recommend using adetailer and use FacesV1.pt and the Inpaint denoising strength not going above 3.0. It might work going higher as well. For me it seems to change the face too much.

I also used Remacri with some of these images to test upscaling. I put the denoising strength to 0.2. Random artifacts seem to come up for me if I go higher. Test away!

This is my second attempt at even making a lora I still no clue what I am doing... I may have over trained it but let me know if it looks okay. Unfortunately in my testing I was not able to remove the bracers/arm bands 99% of the time.
