Based on Georgia Ella Murphy a Social Media Influencer works very well with models I've used realistic vision and Visiongen (older version) also for a more art style look allymixIII
recommend using euler a with around 50 steps DDIM with 30 and dpm 2m karras with 70 steps all produce good results. CFG scale 10.5 denoise 0.43
Easy to prompt just use photo realistic and skin details at the end of your prompts
