A character LoRa for Usopp from One Piece. He is a fearless captain, who has overcome many adventures beating down countless of dangerous beasts, with a loyal crew of 8000 men under his command...
No, jokes aside. He is the gunner and sniper of the Straw Hat Pirates first appearing in Episode 9 "Honorable Liar? Captain Usopp" of the anime series. Before joining the Straw Hat Pirates at the end of Syrup Village Arc, he was the captain of the Usopp Pirates, which were formed by him and three boys from Syrup Village.
This was trained with screencaps from East Blue Saga and additional works by different artists mostly featuring the same outfit. I tried to train in both of two different goggles he is using, the standard goggles he owns from the start with the tag "aviator goggles" and the sniper goggles he obtained in Loguetown Arc with the tags "usgg" and "goggles". The sniper goggles only seem go on his bandana though, while the aviator goggles only work when worn on his face.
Additionally I tried to train his sl*ngshot, but that did not work out great (needs more training). Also I tried to bake in a concept I saw in two artists' images, but that also needs more training I guess (can you spot it in the showcase images?).
