Everyone's favourite short king.
Tried to make a lora that's a blend of the Rocket Raccoon styles I like. The height can be a bit inconsistent but happy with the results.
There are 3 outfit options available, yellow (prison), green (comics) and blue (movies). Be sure to add it in the tags if you want to skew it towards a more specific look.
