Do not use the Bronze Men Style lora with this model. It is already included and if you add it, it will distort your images.

If you want really nice high quality images use ALL the following settings.

Negative Embedding: PA7_AnatoNeg-neg. or realisticvision-negative-embedding (more muscular)

Sampler: DPM++ 2M Karras or DPM++ 2m SDE Karras (better)

Clip Skip: 1

VAE: vae-ft-mse-840000-ema-pruned

Face Restoration: GFPGANv1.4 or CodeFormer

If you want less body hair and less details use clip skip 2

Caveats: Troublesome chest hair at times, occasional double penises and the usual finger and ??????? issues.
