This Lora mimics the Battle Power measurement UI of the Dragon Ball Scouter.
It is relatively easy to apply to Illustrious' default characters, but it can be quite difficult to combine with other character Loras. Please adjust the weight of each tag depending on the situation.
In particular, increasing the weight of the "multiple monochrome, limited palette" tag can produce a fairly similar effect.
