PEGANA|MERGE can be found on Civitai.com. The model was made by user anesya. The model is relatively solid, I would willingly use it every once in a while. However, it proves a challenge to do much with it. Unlike most Pony models, you cannot go copy and pasting other people's prompts willy-nilly. The model breaks easily, with even the creator noting that.

Nevertheless, it has considerable potential. Suggestions:

Abandon any notion that - DPM++ 2M Karras will work. That said, I would recommend either DPM++ 2M or Euler A. The former is highly encouraged by me. CFG 5-8 (7 is best.)

Note: The creator does indeed use DPM++ 2M Karras in their showcase runs but even those daily, so just avoid that sampler.
