VAE: none required.

Pos prompt: the model is by default set to realism, but it can easily be pushed to true photorealism with the correct keywords, for example, "digital photography, key visual, cinematic:1.5, masterpiece:1.3, real photography, digitally enhanced quality". The model also knows of several art styles, including anime and manga.

Neg prompt: can be left blank, or simply what you don't want to see. You can also use it to guide the model between art styles. For example, if you want anime, set in the neg all the realistic keywords that you can think of.
