Remember to put stuff like Tentacle, Tentacle sex, etc in the prompt or the lora will not work as intended.

Biggest issue I've noticed is it really really tries to give guys vaginas and tentacle sexes them with or without adding that tag to the prompt, so adjust your prompt and negatives accordingly!
