I'll keep this readme quick because the style enables a lot of freedom and utility, meaning what is best for one person could be unsavory for another.

General Recommendations:

The usual Euler A or DPM++ 2M, CFG should be 5.5 to 7 (recommended 7,) and only eye adetailer. I used hand adetailer a bit and didn't seem to go down too well. Steps can vary depending on preference, but doing 24-30 steps is best IMO.
