Lora works much better with short queries up to 150, after that you need to clarify the quality and ability to work with the query.

And yes size differences can be brought to absurdity (including muscles).

Regarding the versions of Lora- 128v1 is better for realistic images and complex poses, 32v1 is better for anime and drawings.
