Your more than welcome to use the recommended settings listed below, but that's up to the user to decide.

Model type > Illustrious (probably will work with Pony as well and maybe others)
Trigger words > Extra_Thick
Steps > 50
Sampler > DPM++ 2M
Strength > there isn't a specific setting, it defaults a 1, adjust as needed.
Clip skip > there isn't a specific setting, either use clip skip 1 or 2 as needed.

Please know, while generating an image, if you encounter any issues with the AI generator generating poor images, such as blurry face or details being incorrect, feel free to adjust any of the listed settings above and/or prompts to get different results each time an image is generated.

Now the model over on civitai.com was using Plant Milk 🌿 - Model Suite checkpoint, since that there are plenty of checkpoints that is available here on Tungsten, feel free to use any checkpoint, that is if generating images go smoothly as possible.
