The model needs these embeddings in the neg (included in the example runs): bad_prompt_version2 (weight 0.8), bad-hands-5 (weight 0.8) and epicnegative (weight 0.9).

The model is marked as NSFW for its ability to create nudes (aka horny model type), plus also it tends to get along correctly with NSFW LoRa's.
