- the higher precision dev/schell model, the better the image but more memory needed (and likely more time)
- the higher precision the t5 encoder the better it 'understands', or 'follows', your prompt

Finally, CFG and Steps working properly,
Try CFG 1- 30steps,
CFG 10-30 steps/15-50 steps,
Model images showcase examples with high CFG/steps (10/30-15/50) first, followed by the base standard (1/30). As you can see, this makes the images clearer and more precise, emulating Hi-Res Fix which is not yet available.
