A versatile and artistic Illustrious model merge family primarily based on ZU_KI's fantastic ZUKI anime ILL model. As always, this merge is tuned to my personal aesthetic preferences, and simply happens to give me the best (in my opinion) outputs from an Illustrious-based model architecture.
Description
Several months worth of changes, mostly from experimenting with Merge Block Weighted and SuperMerger settings between my various model families; I'd give a more specific changelog, if it wasn't a maze of several thousand settings every time. This is a blend between SteinIllustrious (latest version), Augenstein (prototype for V6, will be coming soon), and Furstein (adds more anthro/furry compatibility.) New details, new proportions, new scenery, and plenty of functionality.

Hi Nstein, always proud of and appreciate your work! Do you have any plans to switch to an anima model by any chance?
It's definitely on the table, but for now, Anima seems to be primarily (or exclusively) natively supported only by ComfyUI, which I do not use. I just use Forge, mostly because my PC doesn't work well with Comfy (I had to pretty much factory reset my whole rig due to it last time I tried using it, which is unacceptable.) Maybe I'm completely mistaken and it will work in Forge, but the official documentation doesn't make it sound like it does; if or when I can, though, I'll be trying to learn how to work with it.
@AI_nstein you can try Haoming02/sd-webui-forge-classic/tree/neo, which fully supports DiT anime models like Anima and Ernie, as well as other DiT models like Flux2. Anima models lack your “touch,” which you could hopefully bring :)

Tried the new nuray , not sure if v17 is better or this is, but hey, this one does in fact gets the furry ones right! With some minor issues such as “dog tags” giving characters cute little dog nose and such but that’s nothing inpainting won’t fix.
Also quite curious, how much buzz have I earned for you Stein? Since I almost exclusively use your checkpoint when I’m publishing the contents of my Lora
This version and the standalone NuRay are mostly similar in function, the primary changes being in the end result (different image composition, poses, lighting, etc., while the general look of the image is similar.) This is mostly because the standalone version is, essentially, the version from here merged with one of my other model families to modify the visual outputs.
The chief goal of my custom model endeavors has been to chase my own distinct visual style preferences with the tools I have available to me (mostly model merging), and to that end, 90% of the time, my workflow sees me recreate hundreds, or potentially thousands, of images from previous models in new prototypes to see which ones "look better" to my own eyes, and move from there; since this means I'm not diving particularly deep into the training data within the models, things will always slip through the cracks (such as your example about dog tags.)
Illustrious does seem to support underscores (such as "dog_tags" in this case), which encourages the AI to recognize two or more connected words as a single tag (instead of reading "dog tags" as both "dog" and "tags" as well as "dog tags.") Sometimes, it's a matter of adding something (such as "furry") to the negative prompt, though in my experience, Illustrious models seem to decline in output quality when negative tags are in use, and I try to avoid them myself.
As for your final question... I honestly have no idea if that's something I can check. However, I am grateful to hear that my little personal projects have served your purposes.
SteinIllustrious will have another version coming soon (hopefully) that builds off the basis in V16 (rather than NuRay, which will continue under its own model page, as it's deviating more and more from SteinIllustrious as I keep working on it.) I should hopefully be satisfied and able to upload it within the next week or so, as time off work permits.

Regarding the whole prompts system for Illustrious , it is a matter of experimenting with underscores and dashes to see which one will get the point across, with examples being “ one_piece_swimsuit” making the outfit , and character that of the style of the manga, while “one-piece_swimsuit” just makes the swimsuit .
