I've created this SkyReels Image2Video workflow based on Kijai's workflow and added an easy to use interface along with upscaling and frame interpolation.
Key Features:
1st pass split into 2 phases to lower generation time
2nd pass including detail injection and latent upscaling for sharper video
3rd pass including upscaling and frame interpolation
Sage Attention and Triton for quicker video generation
This workflow comes pre loaded in my RunPod template
