Recommended settings:
VAE: recommended SDXL VAE, Pony Standard VAE
Sampling method: DPM++ 2M (SDE) Karras or Euler A (DPM++ 3M SDE also works fine)
Sampling steps: 20 - 40 (too high will not add any extra value, too low... you know)
CFG Scale: 3 - 6 (recommended 4)
Width: 832 (any SDXL standard size is ok)
Height: 1216 (any SDXL standard size is ok)
HiRes.Fix Setting:
Hires upscale: 1.5
Hires steps: 15
HiRes Upscaler: Remacri
Denoising strength: 0.3 - 0.4
Tips and tricks
Use light prompts as much as possible, Pony models work wonders with few tokens
Avoid using many textual inversions, they will hijack your main prompt
Using ADetailer for faces is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED, you will thank me looking at results
Use PAG (Perturbed Attention Guidance) or SAG (Self Attention Guidance) for sharper details and enhanced prompt adherence (anatomy benefits of it especially). Set PAG between 1 and 2. Set SAG between 0.8 and 1.5. Experiment to find your sweet spot
You can randomise seed, but I like to use these two batches on XYZ plots, they work decently:

v8 seems a lot better than v10. Also, its terrible at img2img imo
details, especially for hands, lighting and anatomy in general, have been improved from v8 to v11. try using PAG if running locally/runpod, it changes the game on new models
im getting pitch black images? i tried bot vae's that you recommended.... :/ (comfyui zluda rx6800xt windows)
weird, during all my generations I never experienced that. perhaps, try with simple prompts first. use recommended settings. if you want, send me one sample prompt and settings that don't work for you, I'll try on my GPU
Look in your prompt or LoRa. Avoid numbers above 1.5 for prompt and 1.0 for LoRa.
Been using it on and off for about two weeks now. I don't know, it's not great. It follows the prompts mostly well, but the image quality comes out sub-par. Other SDXL models come out looking way better when I do a comparison of the same image/seed.
I find it to be my best model so far, I am sorry it doesn't work well for you. I can only suggest my gen params: 40 steps, DPM++ 2M SDE Karras, CFG 4-5. try using Perturbed Attention Guidance, it helps
