His journey to becoming one of the UK's leading painters was unconventional, as he initially worked in his family's butchery business before pursuing art. Despite challenges in a market dominated by conceptual art, his dedication to life drawing and classical themes earned him recognition. His works are admired for their technical skill, sensitivity, and ability to breathe life into his subjects. Notably, he has collaborated with figures like actress Emma Watson and model Erin O'Connor
