Is anyone else here getting a weird color shift on the last frame? The last frame in my output looks like a noisey/over saturated version of the picture I used. I am not using interpolation, upscale, teacache or torch compile. I am using sage.
Are there any tips for settings please?
What are your best settings so we can try and replicate?
I get some weird flashing on the last frames
tested with and without sage, teacake and different GGUF models.
Yeah, that's what I am getting too and I don't know how to solve it. I also started disabling things 1 by 1 but I could never solve the issue. It shows up at the very end of the video like a flash. I always save my last frame and it's nothing like the 'end' picture I utilized. <shrug>
Did more testing this AM and I was able to get rid of that flashing last frame. I am using V1.1, non GGUF. I am using the 480p I2V model, fp8 e4m3fn, I never use the built in interpolation or upscale. It seemed to work fine like this. When I save the frame it looks like the End frame I utilized.
@yajukun聽I tried your method with the exact same settings, the glitched last frame is still present. Setting Shift very high seems to get you closer to the end frame.
@jasonafex聽 I should try test this again. Of all the workflow variations the Start/End ones never gave me the best results so I stopped testing them at V1.1. To me it does weird things when transitioning unless the 2 pictures were very alike. I primarily use I2V or T2V. Let me try retest the latest version of the Start/End and see if there are improvements.
it also happening to me, no clue why
Can the workflow support the latest Wan2.1 First Last Frame model?
Curious as well. I'm downloading the gguf version as we speak to test it out.
