This is templates pack intended for segmentation method in ControlNet. It won't give you actual comic but you can use it with other methods and/or inpaint to make something like comic.
You can paint red shapes inside these to get characters in different places.

Drop them to ControlNet extension and set it to segmentation method (with preprocessor: none).
Able to genarate more comic-like illustrations with setting below.
- add prompt 'comic'
- choose 'controlnet is more important'
