I basicaly used COYOTTE's MOVIEMAKER v3, works nearly perfectly, but also I liked the idea of a second model pass from workflow Wan i2v with 720p smoothing v1.1, because after the first pass there are artifacts on faces, etc, second pass helps.
But my rig (4070 ti super 16 GB VRAM, 32 GB RAM) can't handle more then one generation (14B GGUF Q4_K_M + 1.3B) without full restarting ComfyUI. I had a VRAM overflow problem on the first ksampler, when i tried to generate second time.
After many experiments i merged two workflows and simplify them as posible, which works nearly perfectly for me. With this solution i don't need even unload models or cache in the end.
It's just experiment, might be useful to someone with similar problems.
For Comfy I use "--lowvram" parameter and sage attention,
Also try to add "disable_smart_memory = true" inside ..\ComfyUI\user\default\ComfyUI-Manager\config.ini
if everything alright for me first generation around 700s, next around 500s.
For VRAM economy could try to disable hardware acceleration in browser for generation process.
Description
Rebuilded version on fresh Comfy install. Without "Anything Everywhere" extension.
Added nodes - Tiled VAE encoder and decoder for VRAM economy on second pass. Looks like for first pass that not needed.

It doesn't open at all...
Easy, I'm sorry, i do not share workflows everyday. Check again.
I do have a dirty mouth and a luggage full of issues, don't I?
Well, I gave it another try. I can unpack it, but when I open the workflow - nothing happens. This is suspicious, because if it wasn't good, Comfy would comply... Let other test it too, maybe it is something on my end..
...maybe you also can't trust a guy who can't open a workflow, ey?
@nerd_bgd First, I saved workflow through some pre-installed extension, it saves to a string really weirdly. I resaved through the default apparently and it looks more correct .I'm not very familiar with Comfy, not claiming to be a nerd :). I'm not pro, just had a workaround and wanted to help if anyone has a similar problem.
TY @DRZ3000, I am curios to see what you did to cure the artifacts... I was thinking the same, but I need some references. If it still fails, I'll try to reconstruct it from your image.
Also relax, I am not attacking you, ty for sharing, actually, you read my comment in too much arrogant voice, now that I read it, I think it was poorly laid out, heh... Maybe I'm just an Arrogant Bastard...
@nerd_bgd alright. Try to download a cat video and drop at Comfy, maybe that'll work. The picture doesn't show the whole workflow.
make chatgpt analize it and fix it, then open it, it will miss the links, ignore it and install all missing nodes, then reopen the original one and you should be able to open it
I think I was able to open, and I can tell it was worth the pain. All the bits and pieces I was chasing all over the place to build a proper WAN workflow, now in one place. I like the minimalistic approach, no bloatware nodes all over it.
The only thing I did is to replace each stage reroutes with Clear VRAM nodes. That way, I am 100% sure I am not dragging around some unnecessary caches and stuff. Otherwise, no changes - it just works.
What I did to make it work: updated to the very latest ComfyUI. Maybe I was missing a version, although I meticulously try to stay up to date.
@nerd_bgd For first version I recommend replace both VAE - encoder and decoder around second ksampler to tiled VAE versions for additional VRAM economy.
RVTools ain't available on git
True. i see it only "Custom Size (Width / Height)". I think they are basically not needed there, duplicate the basic functionality. You may just delete that node, and reconnect crystools nodes which behind for precise control, or use something like that.
So, it seems, it's my fault for not being able to open the workflow, after all...
Tried 1.1 too, but to no avail. It does absolutely nothing - even not in the console. Just... nothing. I've downloaded a bunch, and this is first to fail like this.
Anyway, I examined the image and from what I see, I think I've got what I needed. Thanks for sharing again!
@nerd_bgd It's not your fault. I tried it on a clean install and got the same result, I recreated on a clean install, you can try it now.
Great workflow! I look forward to further improvements in the future!
i can't open it too

I'm testing rebuild version on clear Comfy install,I'll try to post it soon.
