I took the liberty of finding a way to process images with flux-kontext quickly and without losing too much quality until I got it right.

I present my optimized Flux-Kontext GGUF workflow.

You can optionally use 1 or 2 images by simply pressing Ctrl + B on the disabled nodes, and you can also resize the image.

I've left the links to the models, I hope you like them.

With my RTX3090, I got results in 30 seconds WITH LORA without losing much quality.

I configured 12 steps with MagCache; if you go below that number, the quality loss is considerable.
