You can use period sign to break up your prompt, in my experience it produces marginally better results.

Negative tags:

worst quality, bad quality

use deformed, bad anatomy, bad hands sparingly if you're getting bad results with anatomy and hands, especially if you're having trouble with multiple people in the scene.

In general avoid using too many quality tags, it may affect your main prompt negatively.
