What is "CLIP SKIP: 2" in the section of Usage tips?
It's a setting in stable diffusion. Let's not care what it does but how you can change it. There are multiple options of which my favorite is to activate the quick setting for this. For this go to the settings, click "show all pages" and search (on the webpage) for "quicksettings list". There you want to add "CLIP_stop_at_last_layers" (and while you are there you might as well add "sd_vae" to enable quickly changing the vae setting). Now apply and reload. The quicksettings are displayed at the top just like the checkpoint selection.
