Ok, I see this all the time, well there's a saying I live by "Give a man a fish, feed him for a day, teach the man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime". This is one of those "lifetime deals" (well not really but really helpful, lol).

So follow this link, https://civitai.com/articles/1182/how-to-prune-any-checkpoint-to-get-2gb-version, I ran across it saved it and forgot I had it until I seen your post Unicom. I just "pruned" the v20 version down to 2gb prior to this post, took a minute, I have high end NVMe drives. I followed the steps outlined, kudos to the author, the whole process took under 5 minutes. (results will vary) FYI: this process is done through Automatic1111, just copy the GitHub link in Extensions, Install, restart A1111, look for "Model Convertor" tab in A1111, read the "how to page" you to will have a pruned version too in minutes.

(Sorry I feel like ranting but it's helpful stuff below. )

As for realistic models, there are known ones and unknown ones in my experience that are quite good.

Honorable mentions:

-AddictiveFuture (V1 and the Alternate version)

-The "Epic" series (this goes without saying: EpicRealism, Photogasm, Dream...give'm a go)

-Realisticmix666 (I'll be testing my new "pruned version" its supposed to be fixed but also looking forward to V3 coming soon, V3 was mentioned in the other comment)

-QGO - PromptingReal (this one surprise the heck out of me, some of the best realistic results I gotten so far, just blew me away)

Keeping mind "detail" and "noise offsets" (Lora's or TI's) do wonders for the awesome end results. Tip: next time you see a picture you are amazed with, look to see how the prompt was worded and its placement, use it, test it, tweak it. Don't forget to notice the Checkpoint too, if not listed it may be built into the image file, Model ID # can be researched too to get the name of the Checkpoint. @Antofffka666 I had 2 problems. 1) was the detail level of skin was worse [is now fixed]

2) the nsfw capability is worse and still is. I can post some examples if you want.
