This a very short and simple workflow to upscale and enchance images. Barely a workflow, but for someone just starting out, it nice to have prepared.
It uses the WAN with Ultimate Upscale. There is a comparison slider to see the changes. It does take a long time to run though, but the results are very good. Denoise at .10 is reccomended.

Hu? Are you using denoise at 0.10?
@7Zack yeah denoise was at 0.10 by default, it produced the picture very noisy, weird :/

Worked magic for me. Took forever, but results were noticable.
I'm blown away by this, not only did it improve greatly the image, but it was quite fast and took only 164 seconds, the only thing i added was a wan blockswap node, the rest is the same, so not only it works well but with it's very usable at that fast speed, thanks for this.
EDIT: For anyone interested, if it's taking too long, tweak upscale ratio, 1.20 works great me and the image improvement is really noticiable.
