This LoRA was trained to render beautiful girls with pectoral muscles (instead of breasts). Have fun!
The starting model was Clarity, and all examples were rendered using it. It seems to work better when the prompt includes muscular, toned, fit, developed or similar. Also, prompts for soft faces and features (and negative prompt for sharp features) help draw better looking faces.
It does full nudity too, but it's not very consistent (some re-training may help). It also works with Anime model (see last example, using Corneo's 7th Heaven Mix).
Note that this is obviously NOT a realistic model of female bodybuilders or small-chested girls.

Not very realistic, ((because female body builders still have breasts)), but lol. On the topic I've kind of always wanted a lora for man heads attached to women bodies, you can sort of do it with prompts, but a lora would make it easier.

@QWAJ If I had to guess, female chests like A cup breasts or smaller, as opposed to this which is females with male chests and abs. Even ripped female bodybuilders in competitive form aren't this masculine.

How did you even train this?
Starting from images generated with Clarity, I have inpainted the pecs using Chillout (Clarity was struggling to do pecs).
Really great, but don't know hot to get always having traces of incomplete bikini bottom strings
