This is a new workflow for swapping characters in a video. It has two modes: one for a full character replacement, and another for a head (or face) replacement. For important details, please see the testing and usage instructions below.
💻I've already set up the complete ➡️ workflow for you. This will let you quickly try it out online and avoid the hassle of not having enough VRAM or dealing with local plugin conflicts.

🚀Workflow Testing and Usage Instructions:
1. This model is only for swapping characters in images and videos; it can't replace the background. It works better than wan animate for swapping anime characters, and it also does a pretty good job of blending realistic characters.
2. The dimensions of the video and the reference image need to be the same after they're scaled, otherwise the workflow will throw an error.
3. You need to write a detailed prompt describing the character's appearance. For full character swaps, a detailed prompt helps generate details that are a closer match to the reference image. When using the face swap group, if you don't describe the character's clothing in the prompt, it will generate a nude character.

where are mochaembeds and tt_img_enc nobe from?thanks
To use mochaembeds, you need to install Kijai's WanVideoWrapper and update it to the latest version. You can find it at this link: https://github.com/kijai/ComfyUI-WanVideoWrapper.
About tt_img_enc, it seems the original author has deleted the TT-tools plugin they released, but it still works fine on RunningHub. It's important to note that if you're running this workflow locally, you can completely ignore the tt_img_enc node and the grayscale image it saves. If you still need the application to decode grayscale images locally, you can leave your Gmail address, and I can send it to you.
@emilkwok I update the WanVideoWrapper 1.3.6 but still can`t find the node. Is the tt-tools important if I running locally,
@sekaiwlc07860 If you're using this locally, you can completely ignore the nodes that belong to tt-tools.
Is there any way you can make a quick tutorial on how to install the mocha embeds to get this running? I tried following the link you put on the other guy's comments, but I am not really to savvy with all this stuff. Just confused on which models exactly to download, and how to do that :(
