This tool allows you to easily create mp4 videos from frame images. You can use it by placing this folder directly under the C drive (you can place it in any location by changing the directory in the conver_to_mp4.py program). Installation of FFmpeg is required for use. By placing a folder with frame images in the input folder and clicking make-mp4.bat, an 8fps mp4 video will be created. The created mp4 video will be stored in the output folder. The folder containing the used frame images will be saved in the backup folder. You can change the fps by modifying the fps in the conver_to_mp4.py program. Please watch the video for detailed instructions.
