It says 'Some Nodes Are Missing' for at least 7 nodes, is there a quick way to install it or I must go to github, etc and search for each node?
You can use the "Manager" to automatically install any missing nodes.

Make a backup before uninstalling anything, so if something goes wrong, you can restore everything.
where do i put the JSON File?
You need to drag the .json file into ComfyUI. I recommend having at least a basic understanding of how to use ComfyUI to use this workflow.
