Negative weights (–1.0 and more) → acts as a surprisingly good sharpness / micro-detail enhancer (because the model tries really hard to "remove aging" and overcompensates with extra detail).

This is NOT a reversible slider. If you came here hoping negative values would give you jailbait — sorry to disappoint, little gremlin.
