Hello folks - version 3.5 is something different - READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS
What I have improved thanks to your feedback:
Hands quality, has been improved
You have now a much wider control on the camera, pushing the perspectives a lot further than any other model I've done.
Even more "Western"
Unfortunately, through my testing phase, I've noticed that this model - that I've created and tuned with ComfyUI is not as good with Forge. Feel free to download my images, they are all carrying a very simple workflow for Comfy that you can use if you're not used to that UI.
As always, follow the Quick Start instructions in the model description to have a reliable starting point for your generations.
WHY AM I DOING CHARACTERS WITH A WHITE BACKGROUND?
AI has a "limited attention" and by asking for a white background I force the AI to focus on the character design, I do this because I prefere to generate the backgrounds in different ways and then Photoshop the setting behind the characters for a better final output.
If you like this model, consider bidding for it to keep it available for anyone to play on Civitai.
Thank you to NMackelie to have sponsored this model!
The version 3.0 is a collaborations with Bridgewalker who trained a LoRA specifically to fix issues in this model.

(Higher the Steps, between these two values, the better the results)
Description
The model has been completely reworked from the ground up.
I've built numerous custom nodes to analyze and rebalance pretty much every layer of both the model, the CLIP and the VAE to the point that it's almost a completely different breed from Illustrious and NAI, even though it's fully compatible with both families of LoRA.

I like the style very much! Unfortunately 2.0 doesn't seem to have a very wide understanding and is rather inflexible, but I look forward to more of its development.
Oh, I'm curious! Can you give me some specific prompts that you found this model "too rigid" to follow? It would help me work on the next iteration!
Because its stiffness is actually tied to its "weakness" and usually weak models are much easier to steer in different directions. Have you tried increasing the weights and the CFG scale by a lot?
Hello everyone!
I've updated the version 2.0 by fixing a few small issues.
In addition, at the end of the model description, you can find a very silly idea on how to implement Sticky Negatives with this model.
I thought you might find it fun to test it with this unusually weak model.
Cheers!
I like your models. I prefer the Arthemy Comics model. Version 2 of this one is closer to that that version 1 in my opinion. The prompts in version 1 kept giving more toon like images. Version 2 seems to work better for me at least. Only thing I've noticed is the colors seem more flat/less vibrant in this model than arthemy comics. Great work either way :)
Thank you for the feedback! I know it's quite.. experimental, but have you tried my "Sticky Negative" suggestion in the model's description? You might find it fun if you want more colors! :D
Would you like to build an anime model? Your current work is excellent. it demonstrates impressive grasp of anatomy and prompt adherence.
I've been received a lot of requests from "Realistic" models to "Abstract" mode but this is the first time someone asked me to build an "anime" model due to the overabundance of those. Do you think I could contribute to it? Because I see a lot of anime models and I think it might overlap with other projects ^_^
@Arthemy your hesitation is the exact reason why you should do it. The market is flooded with "anime models," but it’s starving for your specific technical execution. Most anime models are derivative noise. Your work shows a structural integrity, specifically in anatomy that the "overabundant" projects lack. You wouldn't be adding to the pile, you’d be setting the new standard <3
@jancok I'll see what I can do! ;3
@Arthemy I double on that! While I use many models more than yours because of style lora compatibility and artist knowledge, I always use your models when I need something with solid composition when I need inspiration for my art. I think working on an anime model would give birth to something fresh. I lack technical knowledge to explain why I feel this way though, consider it a hunch hahah.
@EXEbeast830 @jancok about that... I might have made something that you might like, don't judge me too hard, it's the first version! XP
